a. Petitioner enlisted on 20 February 1991.

Family Care Plan, she was administratively separated with an
honorable discharge and assigned an RE-4 reentry code. The
alternative code of RE-38 (Parenthood/Pregnancy/Childbirth) is
normally assigned in cases such as this.

CONCLUSION:
Upon review and consideration of all the evidence of record, the
Board concludes that Petitioner's reentry code was assigned in
error. Accordingly, her request warrants favorable action.
RECOMMENDATION :
a. That Petitioner's naval record be corrected to show that
she was assigned a reentry code of RE-3B on. 10 April 1996.
b. That a copy of this report of proceedings be filed in her
record.
4. Pursuant to Section 6(c) of the revised Procedures of the
Board for Correction of Naval Records (32 Code of Federal
Regulations, Section 723.6(c) it is certified that a quorum was
present at the Board’s review and deliberations, and that the
foregoing is a true and complete record of the Board’s
proceedings in the above entitled matter.
